- The PME-J pictured here has a carved quilted cherry top with figured maple slides, back and neck.
- It has a burled walnut pickguard and walnut-maple-walnut bindings.
- The archtop pickup was specially designed by Lace Music Products for James D’Aquisto shortly before his death in 1995. It sat on the shelf for nearly seven years before making it’s first public appearance at NAMM 2002 on the C. Hall Guitar.
